I've been meaning to reply to this thread all night but I've been busy, just thought you ought to know I found a little nick on the inside of my middle finger of my left hand, no idea how I got it, but it flippin hurts!

Where would I get it?  Is it widely available.
Pooly - the tiny ones can be very sore.

Good old fashioned vaseline. Cheaper and more helpfull than all these modern day remedies.
