a good question, and a point I have often thought about, but lets be honest, IF they put a load of "normal" people (whatever that is) in there,
what would we have? lots of people all getting on great lovin each other and being all happy clappy, I somehow think most people here would soon be complaining about how "boring" it all was, sad but true I,m afraid

I'd say that the best bigbrother ever was BB3 (just my opinion) and they had alot of normal people from normal backgrounds, no transexuals, no wannabe's and they didn't pick HM's just because they were loud and would kick off (Jade aside).
And yet some of the best entertainment ever was in BB3.

If they do apply, they obviously don't get picked and as old hippy guy points out, they would probably be seen by BB and the people here to be too nice and boring to watch.

I think they could pick 16 of the most normal people in uk to put in there and it would be great, cos no two people are the same..... there would STILL be disagreements, tasks, laughs, party nights and the pool to mess around in. A good diverse crowd od people ALL ages nd it would ALWAYS be better than contrived entertainment that we're getting here.

I totally agree, and that was what they did on BB right up until BB4, sadly BB4 spooked the makers of the show because the HM's were too normal lol, but the first 3 were brilliant.

That was the only BB ever where I was really upset and gutted when it finished, sad but true. lol

I had no sympathy for Rex as he was guilty of bullying people in there himself - he bullied Rachel and even Mo who was his loyal friend.
Like you say though, what has Freddie done? He *is* a decent human being and for all his kind and gentle qualities, he should be a popular housemate, not looked down on and bullied. It really is just like a school playground in there and BB isn't a very good head teacher imho. More discipline needed! Maybe they should bring in the BB cane. No, we don't need to see any more bare hairy bottoms!!!
