I have a chair in the bathroom to make my life a little easier. She has taken to biting off the plastic, chewing it and eating it. What can I do to stop her? I had the man from my oxygen company in because I felt nothing coming through for a couple of weeks. She'd bitten through that too. I'm worried about her digestives. Mind you, it goes to show, I managed without extra oxygen.

Not sure about the chair Cologne but I know you can buy hard wrap around stuff to protect cables etc from rabbits.I suppose it would work on cats too.I never did get round to buying it mind for my two late buns. They chewed through phone chargers, keyboards, light cables, the WII cables.Laptop charger cables..
Oh and the Christmas tree lights..

You've the patience of a saint. I can always get new tubing, but that plastic must play havoc with her inners.
You can't really get a good grip on a cats arse for a thrashing - rabbits similarly (and i have tried with the rabbit but got bit lol)
If you see her doing the biting then a squirt from a water pistol should suffice and sounds like great fun!!
*imagines Cologne sucking on that non existant oxygen and the cat shaking its head thinking, "Faker"*
what about a spray ?
Johnson's Anti-Chew Training Spray is for puppies, dogs and cats. Johnson's Anti-Chew contains Bitrex, a bitter tasting yet harmless substance which helps protect pets by training them not to chew or scratch furnishings and other household articles. Also helps protect pets from self-harm such as biting or chewing of coat or fur and wound-licking.

What a silly pussy cat
The spray thing sounds like a good idea.
I'd forgotten Cols cat was called Liquorice - I thought the thread was about the other stuff - I love it. My daughter is having a party tomorrow - she has a 'Retro Sweet Table' - I'll have to be held back from the Liquorice Allsorts jar
I thought it was gonna be about the sweets too
Thanks for advice and a good laugh.

I do hope you are joking about hitting buns and cats...
