There seems to be some confusion as to whether or not a 3rd series has actually been commissioned yet, but it is looking very likely:

I'm probably thick here, but L. Denton changed her mind. Justice hasn't been done. She was flawed (liked the rest of them), but not guilty of the deaths.

She took the money and she covered up the murder of the witness protection guy Tommy, that makes her complicit. 

She took the money and then changed her mind. She tried to get them away. The ppl tracking her car were the culprits.

Too late by that point ,she watched as they attempted to murder the witness and an officer was killed, then she tampered with evidence at the scene!!! she withheld evidence that resulted in another two officers being killed .

As Erin says, it was too late by that point. Remember that she was charged with conspiracy to murder, not murder itself.
The real question is: what did she think was going to happen to Tommy? Did she think it was going to be a nice, polite handover? Did she even care?

However, I thought it interesting that she was convicted on a majority verdict, implying that the jury had doubts too...

I enjoyed the 2nd series but I did think series 1 was better.

Will still watch series 3 should they do one

I agree I preferred series 1 although series 2 was very good
