Think about it some, Karms Nod It's not just words on a screen.

I'm outta here now. I feel like I'm treading on a minefield just by being in this thread. But the fact I came in at all says a lot about what I think of you Wink wavey

A chocolate recipe....it IS wicked, I have made it numerous times.

225g Belgian Dark Chocolate
1 Tablespoon Golden Syrup
50g Butter
50-75g Crushed Cornflakes

Melt the chocolate, butter and golden syrup on low heat till all melted. In a separate bowl crush some cornflakes, add the melted choc mixture.

You can either divide in cupcakes cases individually, or get a shallow dish and rub some oil in and pour in mixture (which you cut into squares when cooled).

Let it cool and enjoy.

It is the DOGS!!

Is there ever a time when we don't need chocolate?

I love it when I'm told my potassium is low because it means I can eat chocolate to my heart's content!

I believe bananas are quite high in potassium.

But I'd definitely go with the chocolate, every time... Thumbs Up

Yeah, they are. As are avocadoes, nuts and seeds, and chocolate. Given a choice, what would you have? Laugh

For me, it's always chocolate! Perhaps with a few nuts thrown in! Laugh
