I think that's what the latest rows about Spider, he found out she had told a white lie (Josie's words) and he blew up again,  that's sort of my take on it piecing parts of conversation together.

I don't like liars either, but in this instance  she  has apologised to him several times, and explained to him that she said it cos he wouldn't believe  it when she told him that it was not her that had called him crab eyes. She also called him out asking him why he hadn't had a go at Steve, who had called him crab eyes.
