Stanley Tunick is up in the Manchester area doing one of his shoots of hundreds of naked volunteers in order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the opening of the (matchstick man) Lowry gallery. The photographs will be shown at the gallery as part of the celebrations.

Very little. But there is a strong link between the work of Stanley Tunick and L S Lowry in that both use large crowds of people, normally at a distance in a way that the people become part of the landscape.
