Crunchy peanut butter is the king of all toast toppings though Cool

Oooh all sounds good to me...might just try a lemon curd version of 'peanut butter and jelly' on toast...liking that as a possibility

How healthy (or not) do you think these recipes would be? Glance

Well, the webpage for the banana curd has a comment by someone that the receipe is semi-healthy. My view is that unless you've got some particular health risk that a mix of foods not eaten to excess is the best policy. Sure, the receipe has saturated fat and sugar in it, but as long as you don't go over the recommended levels on a regular basis, it doesn't matter.

I haven't seen one in ages, they're yummy.

Now to combine two threads into one. How about lemon curd on digestive biscuits?
Wouldn't that be a bit like lemon cheesecake.... without the cheescake? Laugh

True, but I was trying to connect two threads. The other food thread is the beetroot one and the thought of beetroot smothered with lemon curd is Sick Sick Sick
