I think it's fair to say that Dave and Josie are the 2 housemates who laugh most.
But is it genuine laughter?
I've seen rolling around on the floor quite hysterically, while I have mainted a straight face and wondered what on earth he was finding funny.
Likewise Josie giggles frequently. Sometimes endlessly.
People may say it is a nervous thing. But I doubt it because it doesn't not seem intermittent according to circumstances. It is often there throughout a maeandering conversation covering different topics, yet the giggling goes on throughout.
Josie's giggling, like Dave's, often seems to bear no relationship with what may be deemed as funny. The both laugh to the point of irritation.
It could be me of course who is missing the joke.
But I don't think I have ever met 2 people who laugh so much when there's nothing to laugh at.
This makes me doubt their sincerity.
