My interpretation on this is that Siavash seems to want to play the victim a bit. Tom is out the way now which is good news for him, but if Noirin's ex comes in he could be in a silly position again. Obviously he thinks it will help his game if he gets back with Noirin, he will look less silly.

Well, it's the big news, so we might as well get it out of the way Tom's walked. He's done a runner! He's bolted. And why? Well, speculation is rife that Tom had the hots for Noirin and felt it wasn't reciprocated, but Big Brother wouldn't like to be the one to gossip.

Tom, of course, did have one or two things to say before he left which were "Rodrigo, I'm backing you to win," and, more controversially to Dogface "I really like you in a platonic way, but I think you'd be better off on your own as opposed to with Kris. That's my opinion."

Elsewhere in the House, the Siavash/Noirin/Marcus love triangle rumbled slowly on, but Siavash seemed to be becoming the victim. Marcus played the enigma card all day, refusing to speak to Siavash, or Noirin. So, burdened with guilt, Siavash locked himself in the Jail before being summoned to the Diary Room where he explained that he really wanted to be with Noirin, but didn't want to upset Marcus.

Another visitor to the Diary Room was Hira who explained to Big Brother that she'd never had gay or lesbian friends before but has been missing out. She added that it was amazing that everyone came from different backgrounds and cultures and it was beautiful that they all got on.

Ooh, it's just like a big ole melty melting pot!
