Ben versus the rest of the housemates apart from Corin and Caoimhe.

At times it was lighthearted although JJ tried many times to make it as sinister as he could. Many of them were ripping apart Ben's character and mocking his accent. In places it was toe-curling to watch. Ben seemed to take it in good humour (as always) but I did wonder if it was someone else on the receiving end if they'd be so good natured about it.

Morning Spider, I hated it. Many a nasty comment is made to a person under the guise of humour, "I was only joking", when ripping someone to bits. This is what I felt about last nights situation.
Little Lord Fauntelory sarcastic remarks from Dave, nasty unfunny jibes from resident evil JJ and Steve is rapidly going down in my estimation with his constant digs at Ben, NAthan, well words fail me, he is dross of the higest order.It made me very, very uncomfortable.

It's just not right. Dislike him for his views, his politics or his morals, but don't dislike him for where he comes from, where he was educated or how he talks.

IMO Ben handled it brilliantly whereas again Barbie Boy ended up looking a right tool....Even Nathan at one stage managed to grasp what Ben meant but BarbieBoy either couldn't or wouldn't .....His suggestion that how Ben treats females is from the Titanic era made me laugh given Barbie Boys wannabe Neanderthal man attitude.

Nathan seemed to have a moment of clarity at one stage. He said with Ben it's like watching BB from within the house, waiting to see what hilarious disaster he walks into next. This is precisely why I like Ben. He is prone to arsing everything up and it amuses me.

If it had been JJ he would have ranted and then burst into tears, Nathan would probably have turned the screen blue, and if it had been Mario, much as I like him, he would have thrown a strop.

I would love to go to one of Ben's *gatherings* I imagine they'd be fab.....Barbie Boy so badly struggled to comprehend what Ben meant about his guests being stylish, superficial BB thought he meant their clothing ,I did have a good chuckle when Ben told him I wouldn't invite you.

Ben is a bit gutless unless he has he has HMS backing him up and agreeing with him even with the shabby arguement he asked Mario and Dave to go with him and back him up and be witneses.. I think it was Shabby arguement, like JJ he cant see he is wrong even when he apologises he then tries to justify he was right.

Many thanks for the update Spidey, couldn't get head no tail of things last night. All the people rounding in on Ben, are just digging thier own graves...I thnk Ben is a very popular HM with viewers, the others need to think about that.

Did it not all start because Ben takes other people's clothes without asking, even wearing them to bed, takes their towels, even when they've told him twice that it is theirs, takes their pillows, because he has a bad neck... etc.etc.etc?
