Saw this from my Mum's house, but completely misjudged how far away it was, we thought it was just half a mile away, but it was much more than that.
Some reports say it can be seen as far away as Chesterfield, Leeds, Halifax, Harrogate! and the M62.

It's plastic, so yes, probably quite toxic
