You've gone through every emotion over the last few days Sheepy. So its the calm before the storm..
Oh I hope I haven't worried Queenie. It's not that bad. I did it with no painkillers and she was 8lbs 7 oz. Quite big

it's not that bad at all queenie, you'll be to busy gazing at your beautiful new baby to bother about what's happening at the business end.

Sheepy if it's any consolation I was 7 days over and thought there wasn't a hope in hell of it starting. Not a twinge and she appeared at 9 days
I hope you are okay sweetie

I could go on being pregnant forever, I love it, but the last few days I hurt so much above my knicker line/lower stomach. It hurts to stand, sit, just about doing anything.
And last night I made my sons day, I got stuck on the recliner sofa, I didnt have it in me to push myself back into sitting position lol

I think they did that with me when I was overdue with my second one Sheep.
Although they called it effacing the neck of the womb or some such jargon.
I went into labour the next morning
ah sheep I went 16 days over with my first and 12 with the second, good luck with everything hun
They did it with both my others too, but with my son all it did was encourage a show everyday for a week which I ended up calling a Pantomime.
Sheep
I think I'd prefer getting rolled down a muddy bank to the membrane thingy. Good luck..

Both of mine were overdue, my eldest was 3 weeks and my youngest was about 15 days.
I tend to think that babies come when they are ready - but then I am one of those hippified natural childbirth Nazis
