Labrinth has backed Cher Lloyd to win The X Factor and again claimed that he would like to work with her.
The singer and producer, who is signed to Simon Cowell's record label Syco, previouslytold Digital Spy that he would "definitely" want to spend time in the studio with the "unique" singer.
"Cher's incredible," he told The Sun. "I love her vibe. She knows who she is and she's fresh, she's very cool."
He continued: "I'd definitely like to work with her. It would be great to get her in the studio."
A show insider added: "Labrinth - and Simon - know that Cher is bang smack in the centre of what the kids are listening to right now.
"It's a scene dominated by blokes so Cher represents something fresh and very marketable."
They added: "But I can't imagine this going down well with the rest of the contestants as it does look like favouritism."
The 'Let The Sun Shine' singer admitted that he was "totally into this series" and praised hopefuls Mary Byrne and Rebecca Ferguson.
"There's a lot of talent on this stage," he said. "I like the fact that they are all singing their own styles now too - you can tell who they are."
