I like her as a person...  but I find most of her music bland at best, or more often than not, irritating.

The ex liked the Spinning Around video...  I was working at the time, he looked after the boy during the day, and had MTV on most of the time. The result being that one of the first words the boy said was "butt - ocks"  *rolly eyes*


She's done one song I do like though..   "Confide in Me"    It always makes me think of Michael Hutchence corrupting her!   Lucky cah!!

She mostly does Call Centre or elevator musak. 
But she can be useful at parties when everyone's at the bottom of their bottle, and bladdered beyond the point of giving a flying one. Then, it's often a case of "wow-wow-wow-WOW!!"

Kylie...I'm in two minds about her.  I do like her music, it's kind of upbeat and chirpy.  But I kind of remember her from when she started, when she couldn't sing to save her life.  I don't know has she had vocal training or whatever since, because I saw her on Jools Holland on NYE and she seemed pretty decent.

She seems to be quite a cool chick though.  Carries herself well in interviews...seems to be quite articulate.

I'm going to see her in March. I'm a teeny bit excited. I'm worried that I'm excited too. Maybe Iron Maiden will support her and I can relax a bit 

she's supposed to be great live...   one of those artists that puts on a good show, whether you are a fan or not, cos of all the dancers, & lights etc.

Kylie comes across as a nice person and I've liked quite a few of her records. Have also seen on tv some of her concerts and have enjoyed them

Kylie's ok, she did surprise my on Hootenanny how good a singer she is.  She's not to my taste as her style is a bit campy and poppy.  I don't mind her music, it's ok

I prefer Beyoncé.  BTW, what happened to my drink inspired tribute to Beyoncé thread?

I like Kylie as a person but I think she should step away from the bland pop music she has been churning out. Now she is more mature it may be time for her to re invent herself slightly?

I loved that track she did with Nick Cave - Where the wild roses go.
And I think she does have a good voice.
