well wonder if his views change on bblb

after he reads and hears what has gone on

maybe he will actually string a sentance along

Now i can accept the fact he found freddie iritating and he is entitled to his opinion

freddie on highlight show one night done my head in going on and on round everyone

but the poor deluded kriss should have nominated hijm and left it instead of bullying and making a fool of freddie and being nasty to him in the gang mentality mode

and he still cannot get it

It reminds me of a remark alot of Americans make when they think someone is saying something weird..'what are you smoking?'. Smiler So it sounds to me like just a turn of phrase that he might be used to saying, not meaning to cause offense.

Oh I understand that, but it just sounded like typical arrogant Kris just refusing to accept that he might be in the minority about Freddie.

Kris is never going to get it. He belittled and demeaned Freddie every chance he got. His life revolves around going to clubs, looking good, and bedding every woman he can because that makes him a man.

Anyone who does not fit into his little box of shallow thinking is not worth knowing. He could have been in the house with Einstein and Stephen Hawking and he would have treated them the same.

He would have loved being in the house with the current fashion icon to learn what the next fad would be. He has the depth of a puddle during a drought.

I wish I could put posts together as well as you do. You say everything I want to, but cannot put into words. Thank you.

What a lovely and kind thing to say! Hug

I think you are very eloquent in the way you post. It's just a matter of keep typing!

Yep, that's the comment I heard.
I doubt it was 'just a turn of phrase', as has been suggested. When Lisa and co. were talking about 'a strong person', i.e. one of them, needing to be up against Freddie to get Freddie out, he made the famous remark about us all being 'mental' if we voted one of them (especially him) out over Freddie.

You do need people who can't play the game well to spice things up in the house though. If everyone was really nice and never took offense at anyone it could get quite boring. Someone like Rodrigo to me seems more fabricated than Kris, he hardly ever expresses himself at all except in some inane argument.

if the house was full of rods Eeker

Freddie had the last laugh on Kris. Poor poodle boy had no idea how popular Freddie was. Did you hear him say to someone in the BBBM audience or was it Davina 'you must be on drugs' when they said Freddie is fav to win.

Although we've seen it from HM's who've been evicted year after year, the BB house makes them lose touch with reality.

I don't think it helps when he doesn't appear to have a single brain cell or a decent bone in his body.

Great post suzi Thumbs Up

I think that, by now, Kris just might have got the message. He just didn't think he had done anything wrong did he, he probably treats other people he doesn't like exactly like he treated Freddie and doesn't think there is a problem.

Well, now he has learnt to his cost. I hope he thinks twice about doing it again in the future.

Maybe mummy will have a word with him when he gets home Big Grin He lives not too far from me LOL

Davina: “But you were quite mean to his [Freddie’s] face. You could have just avoided him.”
Kris: “But then that’s being fake, isn’t it?”

And there you have Kris is a nutshell.
Tact? Decency? Pah. Fake. The feelings of the people you’re being nasty to? Sod ‘em if they don’t agree with you. The viewing public? They’ll support you as long as you’re “true to yourself”.
All that matters is that you express yourself fully and without concession. Indeed, to not do so would be deeply wrong.

Grace Dent wrote about this a while ago. The way in which many HMs (and indeed viewers) believe that the ideal HM is one who “always speaks their mind”, is “true to themselves” and has no “edge” to their personality whatsoever. Any complexity, inherent contradictions or depth of character means that they are being “fake”, and that’s an inexcusable crime. For them, BB exists in a land fit for zeroes, where mediocrity is all.

I want to see depth of character. I want to see complex personalities. I want to see human frailties. I want to see consideration for others. These are all signs of a real, 3-dimensional human being.
Kris, however, believes that they are weaknesses and signs of a dishonest and “fake” personality.

I’m delighted he’s gone.

all those signs you mention above are all there to be seen in the rest of his gang too. Last night on LF the conversation between them was how on earth had he gone as he hadn`t done anything wrong, culminating in Karly saying that they had all been real and not fake so they mustn`t have had a good edit and Marcus was horrible so BB mustn`t be showing it.
