I watched it all unfold on LF, babes and it was dreadful. She DELIBERATELY stirred her newly-found pack of wolves, firstly by speaking so loudly even though they were all in bed - supposedly going to sleep. Secondly, by deliberately stomping off to the garden to have a fag, whilst pretending to have not taken a lighter. She rattled around in her make-up bag for one, BEFORE she left the bedroom. But then had to return for it, during which time she rattled her make-up bag even louder!

Her 'new posse' then all followed her out to the garden, but its my assumption that they didn't spot Marcus out there, whilst they ripped Knobber a new arse!

I think that Lisa and Charlie suddenly spotted him, because they then changed-up what they were saying, and started with all the old 'oh, things will look better in the morning' bullshine

Having not torn Knobber to shreds enough, they then proceeded to the kitchen, just to make sure that the knife was wedged very firmly between his shoulders.

Yes, the unexpected behaviour is what makes a show like BB work. Last year when it was Rex and the shopping list special prizes, it was unconventional and fun.
Some people in BB, Lisa springs to mind (though hardly springing, more like drags) just sit biding their time, checking their watches, hanging in there and feeling all proud of their achievement.
