Pretty!

i just finished this hat for my daughter.C74379E4-372F-4D39-AE4E-81305545886F

PM me and I will give you my address.

That pattern is one we found on Ravelry, Fluffy. She went to a football game at my granddaughter's high school, and wanted a hat in the school colors. I'm making a matching scarf for my son-in-law at the moment.

I don't know if it has a specific name in itself but is created by a combination of 'yarn forward's and 'K2 tog/k s psso's

Row 1:K4 * Yfd K3 S1 K2tog psso K3 Yfd K1 Repeat from * to last 3 stitches K3

Row 2: K3 purl to last 3 stitches K3

Row 3: as row 1

Row 4: Knit

And these 4 rows create the 'Herringbone like' pattern

PS: It was a free pattern!!!!!

I'm not sure that set will fit EC, though...

Thank you,

I have some nice soft chunky wool and chunky tree trunks needles to whip up a set for  @Enthusiastic Contrafibularities003

Is that lilac coloured wool?

Mint on the left and lilac on the right!

Are  they not your colours then @Enthusiastic Contrafibularities

These are just samples, but will be baby Afghans, 227 stitches wide and 4 feet or more long. They are, of course, knitted flat, but I am using a 100 cm circular needle to accommodate the width and eventual weight.

I remember knitting a pink baby matinee coat with that pattern on the bottom for MrY’s niece.
