Don't blame Cressida Dick she is the one saying govt cuts have made it impossible for the police to make an impact on solving this. Its not just that there are hardly any police but all the youth services were cut too so there are no positive alternatives available to kids growing up in such deprived atreas controlled by gangs.Its tragic but everywhere you look public services have been rinsed to the point where things just arent working and what staff remain in NHS/Prisons?Social Care/Education etc are in despair and burnt out.
