And tbh i agree in a really watered down way, kids watch that stuff too young and end up with a really skewed view of what sex is all about

Wouldn't it be easier if parents made sure their kids couldn't access it online and if teachers didn't bring up the topic of porn in the first place?

Kids (as in every generation gone by) will during their young lives will encounter porn at some point, it's a passage of rights, we've all been there.

It doesn't do anyone any harm unless (so called) well meaning adults tell kids that it's harmful.

A parent can block such content on all computers etc they have access to.... but not all parents do so even kids with parents who take precautions can still come across it on friends phones/computers.

And its not just 'a bit of porn' some of it is violent/sadistic.

It's all too easy to stumble upon Like this

He (head teacher) recalled having to respond to a boy in class who had turned up some explicit images when researching the North Pole on the internet. And he said an approach which responded to issues when they arose in a low-key way was the option he favoured.

If this was a computer at school that the boy stumbled on this porn then the school is at fault, if they had a porn filter (like they should do) the boy never would have seen that.

I hope the boy is ok and doesn't get upset by it, but his teachers and parents really wont help him by ramping this whole thing up and treating like a damaged child, that'll make it worse.

Our uniform had so many  rules!!,skirt so many inches over the knee, cotton shirt only (short sleeved in summer and long sleeved in winter), as was our PE kit.

No jewelry,no make up,and no tights unless you were upper school.

At my school Sister Barbara the deputy head and maths teacher couldn't say my first name properly so she used to call me Dixie for some reason - we always suspected that far from praying, she was secretly watching the Cartoon Pixie and Dixie and that's where the inspiration came from
