Here is a chicken recipe that includes the use of popcorn as a stuffing - ! When I found this recipe, I thought it was perfect for people like, who just are not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked, but not dried out. Give this a try.

Size 18. chicken
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup of uncooked popcorn
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 220c.

Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck end towards the back of the oven. Listen to the popping sounds.
When the fookin' chicken's ass blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it's done. (sorry, couldn't resist)

I only hope there's no Chickens reading this thread, they are going to be very upset at the treatment they get in making a Tasty parcel, not to mention the cocktail sticks skewered through the breast.
Mind you the cheese and Ham come out of it quite good.

Hi and thanks everyone. Valentine

I know what some expressions mean, like simmer and even blanch lol.
I've seen a Something for the weekend a few times, but not much sinks in. Laugh
What does saute mean. Confused

These recipe's are great, I'll have to do some shopping first though. Laugh
I can follow instructions ok but my main problem is managing my time so that things are ready when they are supposed to be.
Even beans on toast I forget to toast the bread first. Laugh
I think I have most things I need for cooking stuff, like pans, pots, grater, knives etc.

Once again thanks everyone, I'm going to copy and paste these recipe's (and sell my own recipe book Big Grin ), and keep em for future use. Thumbs Up

I can't speak for chickens, but please don't try this recipe or any other recipe using a parrot. Eeker
