He is quite short for an American 5ft 6in ,that security guy might be well over 6 feet,however he does look really tiny in the pic!

Apart from, apparently, being confused about how old Anne Frank would have been now, if she'd lived, he just seems to be saying how much he admires her and hoping that she would have been a fan of his music, or of him. Having read her diary, she most certainly was a very normal teenage girl and would have been a likely candidate for Belieberdom.
Oh well, at least lots of today's teenage girls will be learning about her story now.
