Aimee  I thought Shabaz was bullied ..if he went into a room they all got up and left as it was their conscious decision to do so.. I felt so sorry for him when they showed us the video of him leaving  very sad..

i can't remember seeing that, i'll have to have a look for it, i've just watched the second episode and i must admit he would get on my nerves to, i think he seemed to be trying to much and not fitting it very well. do you remember how long her stayed for?

He seemed abit strange that they let them smoke in the lounge when there was no smokers in the house 

Shabaz has just been talking to the camera in the bathroom for the last half an hour, i bet that camera man handed in his notice after that

I think it was just the done thing back then, though I do remember one BB where the non smokers told them to smoke outside and they did....

I think they took him out for his own good cos he was becoming a bit unbalanced, why they let him in in the first place is a mystery, I think he had phyciatric help after....

A completely unsuitable HM - he lacked basic social skills and his behaviour became more bizarre and erratic over that first week. Quite shocking that he made it through the selection process and into the confirmed starting line-up.

Even if it was a nightmare living with Shahbaz - and it clearly was - Richard in particular behaved despicably towards him.

BB7 was the series that it became obvious IMO that BB's selection process and psychological tests were a joke. Before the series started, Endemol leaked a story to the press about how C4 had vetoed two potential HMs who had criminal records (one for violence). Endemol were trying to gain support against C4 intereference, but I found it staggering that -post Fight Night - Endemol really thought these HMs appropriate.

I'm sorry for repeating this, but one of the main reasons Dawn had a running battle with BB in the first week was because she told them in the Diary Room that she thought a lot of her fellow HMs shouldn't be there: she later listed Shabaz, Nikki, Lea and Pete. Nikki has since admitted she lied her way through the audition process. Pete may look an odd addition there, but remember that Tourettes charities were saying at the time that they weren't happy about him being there and the impression it would give the GBP of Tourettes.

There's certainly been a lot of re-writing of history since then. I recently saw an interview with Mikey where he said that he couldn't understand why the public were so surprised at him and Grace being together as they'd been close since the first week of the show. Well, that certainly wasn't how it appeared to most viewers, who assumed he was more interested in Imogen. IMO it only really became obvious that Mikey and Grace were really close when they entered the HND. Even other HMs didn't initially realize they were an item. After Grace got beaten up, Mikey said that he got a phonecall from Glyn telling him about it: it simply hadn't occurred to Glyn that Mikey would already know...

I cannot recall exactly when Grace and Mikey got together but it was certainly before George walked on Day 13. Surely one of Nikki's earliest DR rants was that the boys had all been taken? The night before eviction No.4 forums were full of speculation that Grace had given Mikey an under the duvet present... how much closer can HM's get?

Post Grace eviction we saw Mikey studying the photograph that she had left him. We witnessed late night chats with Mikey expressing to Glyn his feelings for Grace. When it looked like Mikey was getting close to Imogen i recall a DR entry from Richard suggesting that Grace would not be happy...

I don't see BB history being re-written at all, in this instance.

You're right: I'd completely forgotten about the photo. Interesting that Glyn didn't take Mikey all that seriously though, isn't it?

As for Mikey and Grace under the duvet: from what I recall, a lot of the speculation was that Grace was just playing up for the eviction voters. She got really desperate that week, IIRC begging HMs at one point to let her win an individual task because she thought the prize would be immunity from eviction...

Mikey Dalton must be just about the most forgettable 11 week HM that we have watched! Even in the wake of the recent Pantsgate controversy barely a mention was made (as a comparison) of him pulling down Aisleyne's thong with his teeth!

I recall the waiting task - Grace was very competitive - but Lisa won... and as speculated by HM's during the task; immunity was the prize!

 I think he was just one of the duller characters - comparatively speaking - in an especially full-on house. He wasn't particularly popular throughout the series (heck, he got more votes to evict than Susie), but I don't think the public cared enough about him to particularly hate him either...

I must admit that i didn't find Glyn a particularly interesting character either.

Regarding Glyn and your earlier question i don't have an answer to it.

I was also shocked that in one episode, Dawn was telling Shabaz off for keep bringing up that he was gay and he said the N word, just shows how things have changed 

I didn't like Glyn either but to see how he has grown up since he was in the house is good

I felt sorry for Shabaz and I don't think he should have been allowed in BB  Grace and Mikey have lasted well and as far as I know are still happy,however I didn't really like them that year.It was a good BB though

Shabaz shouldn't have been on the show,however I remember Richard (I'm the only gay in the village) and Nikki being particularly despicable towards him,getting him to strip etc also Nikki saying chuck his clothes in the pool ,that'll really hurt him.

Richard was nasty towards Shabaz he orchestrated everyone ognoring him,it was Nicky Graham who started all the BO stuff about Dawn she left her cardigan on the seat  were Dawn was sitting and said in stunk of B O .. then they all started saying the same thing about her .. nasty ..that was my favourite BB ever.. loved Aisleyne there was so many big characters in BB7

I'm really enjoying it, they've just found the food in the garden and shabaz has packed his clothes, Richard is saying that Shabaz is the one bullying everyone in the house, the way i see it is Richard who is the one doing the bullying, he has told everyone to send Shabaz to Coventry

Grace and Mikey are in bed together and it's episode 6, i didn't realise they was together from so early on

Aisleyne has now turned up and so has the golden ticket winner Suzy  it's so sad but i am loving watching this series again when there's nothing on the Tv to watch 

Suzy is the only one allowed to nominate this time so i think this is where Grace goes  Grace has heard the boo's when Suzy came in 

It's so strange watching it 5 yrs later and your views have changed of people, i really liked Nikki the first time round and now i hate her 

I got that feeling about George as well. He fell for Grace and couldn't cope with his unrequited feelings!

I re-watched it last summer and the only person I changed my mind on was Richard. I think that I excused his bitching at  the time, because he was often funny with it. 

Me too, i really liked richard but i am also seeing him different this time  i can't remember when he and Lea left so i can't wait to see  you can see they all thought pete would win so tried to get him with him
