Don't judge me: there was nowt else on LOL!

I saw the episode where Justin (Jay of course) was booted off this show, and the guy who confronted him said, 'there's something you never revealed about yourself from the past...' and I wonder what it was... Does anyone know? He didn't seem exactly shocked: he just said he is 'gutted.' But what was it? I am dead curious!!! It musta been something quite bad...
