I assume it implies that if we enjoy having sex with people we don't feel genuine love or affection towards, that we should feel guilty.

i really dont know what to say .....................I'm a different generation but ............having sex just for the sake of it .....................doesn't do it for me. It's all a bit sad TBH. But I know I'm considered an old fogey on this.

Still find it a bit sad ..........and shocking TBH. Where's the respect?

It's uncool to give respect these days. It's cool to demand respec', though.

To be honest, I rather suspect she is, just as Freddie is making it up when he says he is bi-sexual. It all looks good on the BB CV.

Actually ...........I know girls like Bea and she probably isn't making it up. And by that I dont just mean I know girls of the same age as Bea ...........there are m,any that age not like it.

Orgies don’t just randomly congregate on street corners.

Anyway, I’m still a virgin, me. Pure as a sewer pipe rose petal.

No, they don't. Orgies are arranged, but by their very nature, are full of people who don't know each other. Some people know other people, but not everybody knows everybody else. And that is the point of an orgy.

How very sad. It is well-known that pubescent girls who indulge in sex are more likely to get cancer of the uterus later on. The more partners, the higher the chance.

I've been wondering about this too - particularly the "orgy" bit. She must have mentioned it during auditions, but refused to discuss it on her VT. As far as I'm aware, she hasn't mentioned it directly in the house. There is a suspicion that it was a fib to get through auditions.

However... My gut feeling at the moment is that she's telling the truth. For a start, if it was just a story to get into the house, then she didn't need to mention it afterwards at all (and arguably, it would have been better not to). Also, I get the feeling that she's genuinely embarrassed by it. IMO, Freddie's talk about the reasons behind having a lot of partners seemed to touch a nerve...

I have heard that in the past. And I know FIVE women (2 cousins) who had sex from about 12, and had many lovers by 20 (maybe over 25,) and they all got cervical cancer and had hysterectomies by the age of 35. Ninja Not saying ALL women who have a lot of lovers from a young age will have this happen, but I fear it may be more likely. Frowner

Did you know there was only one curved street in ancient Pompeii and that was the street where the prossies worked, so they could hide round the bend?

Well, another titbit from Pompeii. The frescoes from the brothel still exist. Ancient Pompeii was an international city full of people who didn't speak the local lingo and couldn't explain to the brothel-keeper what they wanted. So the frescoes illustrate the kind of sex you might want. You just pointed to the fresco, and you made your choice.

It's the age you start which increases the risk of cervical cancer, so I have read.

probably cos it not developed as well as should be? as well as the likelyhood of having more sex than the average person your age.

That's what I thought.

If it were the frequency of sperm ..........surely all married women would be at risk wouldn't they?

depends still on the frequency, most married people i know are lucky if it's once a month.

I think that's the reason, that the cervix is undeveloped during puberty, as you say.

Just looking it up on the net and it can be caused by the HPV virus, as fracas says, which is a sexually-transmitted disease. But one site I'm looking at says:

Sexual activity that increases the risk for infection with HPV and HIV and for cervical cancer includes the following:

* Having multiple sexual partners or having sex with a promiscuous partner
* History of sexually transmitted disease (STD)
* Sexual intercourse at a young age
