Who on earth was Vash?

I was once threatened, after I castigated someone for eating spag bol without cutlery that: “Vash will devour your soul”.

Also, who was/is Pris? The person that threatened me with Vash was also too scared to live in Slough cos Pris was there?

So, all people are telling me is that Vash was an evil Mod and Pris lived in Slough/ Brazil.

I’m not really any the wiser. I wasn’t on here when Vash and Pris were in their prime yet they are referred to frequently...

I will just have to live my life without ever knowing the truth.
