Was Adam immune from being fired - regardless of which team had lost the task? The timing of sending him home seemed rather odd - bringing him into the boardroom - but sending him home just prior to the task result being announced.

I thought they all found it very hard work this week but glad Zoe got the win as PM - still my favourite candidate. Interestingly we only saw her make a couple of sales, but given the amount of money that her team took on sales - divided by the low cost of the cakes; she must have closed a decent amount of sales.

Rhys was awful tonight. He did absolutely nothing except for giving non-motivational motivation speeches. It was the other three that provided the initial ideas for the cakes. It was the petite female who did all of the market research. Rhys was a fish out of water. He couldn't even sell effectively.

I liked him before tonight, but tonight he annoyed me.
Mathematics
Rhys really annoyed me tonight, it showed a clip of Hannah and Tim giving him suggestions such as buy 4 get four free and the like and in the boardroom he claimed it was the first he heard of it even though he had been advertising them well!  I was disappointed in Nick tonight, though he showed too well for Rhys even though is comments on camera were saying he was a poor leader.  He also laughed when Tim asked if Rhys still had a pulse which I though was actually no out of order as Rhys had made no effort in delegating anything it was all Kirsty (the Scottish girl, I think that's her name)

I don't like Zoe at all, its her way or no way. Her quip at the start illness is no excuse, was out of order its obvious if someone is ill they can't work 100%.  I don't warm to her at all, and she is a good saleswoman but that is the only thing I have seen her succeed at thus far.  The little Asian guy (sorry don't know his name) is very brainy but I don't believe he is right for a business role. Emma seems to be a good candidate but she seems like one of those people everyone in the office loves to hate because she has no problem holding her opinions back.

I really like Adam, what's the situation with him, is he immune just this week or has he left the show?

So....

Contenders:
Adam
Emma
Kirsty
Zoe (Don't like her much as a person though)

Still undecided:
Tim (really like him but have to see him prove himself though)

Cannon Fodder:
Hannah
Little Asian fella

My winner= Adam

I’m guessing that this Junior version of The Apprentice was filmed over a time period of just a couple of weeks – given the age of the candidates and them all being in full-time education. If correct, this would not give much recovery time to Adam before the 4th task would have commenced. However, there did seem to be some ambiguity from his Lordship regarding Adam’s future involvementâ€Ķ

Oh, I've watched it now - what did you say, Miss S?

Well.... I thought Adam got off lightly last week, so not bothered that he's gone.

Rhys was a complete waste of space.. I'd have given up on him too.   Kirsty did all the work in the initial meeting and as far as I'm aware Rhys did nothing but "motivate" - unsucessfully.

Zoe - I'm really not liking now.  She's not a nice person and sellling is her only strength - even at that, she'll only ever sell from a price list - if you can't count, you can't do a deal.

I'm looking forward to seeing Tim as PM - I liked him, but he IS ducking out of things.   My winner so far is Kirsty and I'd like to see her PM too.   I'll be in next week I hope!

This seems a rather harsh shout - based upon just 3 edits - and given that a 16-year-old is nowhere near reaching their business potential.

Zoe identified her own weaknesses and as PM delegated accordingly. Handing responsibility to Arjun for the maths was smart, and backing his data when the other team members wanted to double the quantity of cakes was shrewd decision making. Given the low profit margin, her decision making could have been the difference between winning and losing the task - Zoe might well have more about her than just the ability to sell.

I'm a bit confused TBH ....i missed the beginning .......so Adam was ill - OK - why has that put him out of it for the rest of the series? something not right there IMO ......you can't be discriminated against simply because you're ill surely?

I'm delighted that Rhys went .....found him to be quite obnoxious  - if I was apprached in a stotre to buy cup cakes from him I'd run a mile. He really isn't very persoable ....should have been left in the back room.

Can't decide who I'd like to win .......probably not Zoe though Argen (sp) ......seems capable and likeable although TBH I haven't watched any of the programmes in depth.
