I thought Kate looked lovely and as I (and they) have got older I've got a lot more time for the Royal family than I used to.   I like how they all seemed relaxed and comfortable with each other (probably more so than many families on a big day like that!)  and for all the whingers I'm sure there are as many if not more who got a huge kick out of the day and I don't begrudge it to any of them.  It's nice to have something that gives a large proportion of the population something to feel good and community spirited about.

just catching up with it now on the tv   missed most of it this afternoon

Kate is just naturally beautiful and a lovely girl

highlights for me now will be tomorrow nights concert and the parade on Tuesday where we see Kate again

will be a bit like the royal wedding days here on Tuesday - food prepared and then they have to help themselves as I will be feet up and glued to the box

Might have known Lenny Henry would have got his unfunny mug in on the occasion.  Plus, why Stevie Wonder?  Don't get me wrong, Stevie Wonder's a great artist but he's an American.  Surely there's enough talent in the whole of the commonwealth not to need American artists?

I was thinking that too. Good on them for lasting what must have been a pretty tiring day for anyone their age

Like them or not, it must have been hard going, they are no spring chickens. Even Kate,s nose was as red as her outfit, and she is a lot younger!
