Big Brother winner Josie Gibson proved she really is the caring, bubbly girl the nation fell in love with when she arrived in Scotland to surprise her biggest fan: dog attack victim Rhianna Kidd.

10 year old Rhianna was attacked by two Rottweilers, 11 days ago, in Dundee. The youngster was so badly injured, she now struggles to talk or smile.

It has been a horrific ordeal for the brave little girl and her family but she was overjoyed to see her hero Josie appear in the hospital ward.

The Sun arranged the visit and Josie was only to willing to oblige, telling the paper it "was better than winning the hundred grand".

She said: "When I heard Rhianna wanted to see me it was brilliant. She's been so brave.

"I have a sister the same age and it breaks my heart thinking about what happened."

Rihanna spoke through her pain, recalling the moment the dogs chased her. She told Josie: "I pedalled my bike really fast. They were growling at me."

Josie cheered Rhianna up by presenting her with an engraved i-pod that read: "To my brave girl Rhianna. Lots of love Josie x."

The Bristol lass spent two hours at the hospital, and even though she quit Ultimate Big Brother, she will always be the Ultimate housemate in Rhianna’s eyes.

Aww bless glad the girl is OK.

I certainly do.  Unfortunately, this is what it is like now.  Alot of young people look up to the likes these "celebs" and see them as heroes and someone they would like to be.  I find it astonishing and am trying to think if I did when I was a girl.  I don't think I did, it is because some of the world has gone celeb crazy

Craig was doing charity work to collect for the op for that girl and thought BB would act as a charity collection, so he went in the house with no expectation of keeping any of the money for himself and I don't see why Josie should pay for the plastic surgery, I think the owner of the dogs who attacked the little girl should and if it happened here in Ireland they be made to pay....

The thing is, when Craig won it was the very first series of Big Brother... we had no idea if the winner would actually go on to either become rich and famous or go back to their normal lives.

So it was a big call from Craig, he gave away the money not knowing would happen to his life. These days the winners know that giving the money away isnt such a huge risk, as like past winners... they can gain it all back through mag interviews, photoshoots etc.

Very good point.
Josie's probably already made more since leaving than she won.

I don't get this 'entitled' thing either. She won a game show, doesn't mean she's entitled to be rich off the back of it. Craig Phillips might be worth millions now, but he wasn't when he won BB.
I didn't say she was entitled to get rich off the back of BB. I said she is entitled to spend her money anyway she want's to. Craig went into BB with the sole intention of giving the money away Josie did not.
