Tonight is not a one-off.
I have seen her do it a number of times.
Fingers up the nostril, then usually (but not always) a little roll around between the fingers.
Then>>>>>>>>>>>>flick.
(Sometimes it's just a simple drop on the floor and sometimes on the bed.)

I think she made up the pants things as she was doing a task (stealing shoes) and needed to be on her own so she could get the bag of shoes out of the toilet and into the Diary Room.
