I know we have been right royally ripped off. No vote to save gave the powers that be at BB the result they wanted but I for one protest that we will get Josie as our winner when she has been one of the least popular HM's both here and on DS. Please sign if you agree with me.

Protest vote. LOL here isn't exactly a reflection of the general thoughts and the DS polls have been way off the mark this series.
All these people peed off etc is fine if they feel that there is bias etc going on but a protest vote is giving Endemol money which they want and plays into C4 hands.. want someone to blame then that person is BB NOT the housemates!.

Sammy would have stood more of a chance if there had been a vote to save as would Corin certainly. It is a BB tradition, back through all of them if I remember rightly that we get the chance to vote for who we want to win. We didn't this time, and I think that's worth a protest. Also I think we would have got rid of Dave. And darlo it is BB I am protesting about. No I am not intending to put yet more money into their coffers just stating my opinion that we were denied the chance to vote in support of our winner.

A Twin Set campaign
Blame the tweenies, the older age group must take it as a compliment that they're being labelled as them due to particular housemates they are supporting.
There was tactical voting going on between all fans, all this operation deadwood etc I seen all week was basically fans double crossing each other.
I may have read it wrong.... but where do I sign?!
I Josie
I Josie
Sorry Squiggle but I think this is an insult. She is in the final because the people who live with her 23/7 like her so much they chose her and have never put her up for eviction.
Do you know something they don't?

I agree
so a no from me too
no.
But it's not the people who live with her who decide - it's the public.
Up to a point they can turn away from Josie, avoid her or leave the room, but BB have not given us that privilege. They have forced us to bo on constant duvet watch.
I'll sign squiggle

i'll sign - can't aabide the woman - from the minute she went in til the minute she wins
How nasty .....................i think she or Mario would be deserving winners.
Hint of sour grapes here.

I`ll be happy if either Josie or Mario win.
It should have been a vote to save last week. If it had been, I think we`d have Sam, Josie, Mario and Corin in there right now. I don`t think anyone would have voted to keep Dave in.
The vote to evict left two Blands slipping under the radar.

You just have G & P completely informal protest vote thread at BB not giving us the right to choose our winner by removing our vote to save. Totally pointless I know but I do feel enraged that so many good people have gone out of that door leaving behind pointless HM's like JJ and hated HM's like Dave and no choice but their choice of winner Josie
It won't let me quote your post Tayto. I disagree I don't think its an insult to Josie or her fellow HM's at all. I do think its an insult that BB choose to remove our right to vote to save our chosen HM instead of theirs. And yes I do know that for some on this forum and over on DS she is their chosen HM but no way is it the majority. No Soozy not sour grapes, my favourite HM Ben went weeks ago and like the majority of Ben fans I am glad he is away from it but I do resent the fact that an element of choice that has always been a part of the show was removed this year. Whenever you get a poll on who is people's favourite Josie is never at the top.
The element of it being more or less completely the public's choice [well those that waste pay money to vote] went out of BB about 6 series ago..
am surprised at people's surprise that this practice has carried on to the end..

Its a bit harsh on those who ran up their phone bills though isn't it Olly?Reference: squiggle

Do you mean those who tried tactical voting?
I have not voted once in this series I may do in the final.

I totally disagree. She is clearly popular on here, you only have to look at recent polls to know that.Reference:

Spot on Brisket
Some housemates have always got through to the final, without being put up for eviction.
It tends to be the nice ones, who don't piss off their housemates.

Why is it harsh? It's my opinion... I feel TV phone votes for anything are a total rip off and a waste of money.. and too many TV stations stop spending on proper and decent programming and choose the public vote type styleof program instead, just to fill our screens with easy 'don;t have to think too hard about it' guff.. cos it is simpler to do and they get cash on top as well so a bonus for them and their shareholders...
if people choose to throw money at them it's their choice. .I just think it's utter madness, especially with BB who plays around with the public so much. .that's not harsh, that's just my opinion. ..
oh and a quick Edit. .you gotta think about what sort of priorities people have who run up their phone bills... unless they have more moeny than sense... in which case fair play to them for having the dosh.. but the average Joe is struggling to get by most of the time.. I know where my few pennies would go and it certainly wouldn't be to some TV company

COuldnt agree more wiv yoooooooooooooooou
The only person I've voted is Dave, I've bantered that I would vote some others but just kept to Dave ( no such luck ) as he's still there I won't vote in the final though...
It should have been vote to save

You misunderstand me Olly I wasn't saying you were harsh. I was saying its a bit harsh if people vote in all good faith, and I am not talking about tactical voting its not something I've ever done, and the winner is someone who seems to be much less popular than many others. As I said I think if it was a vote to save, Corin and Sam would have been saved and possibly JJ and maybe Dave would have gone.
It's always been like that, squiggle.
If you piss off enough voters, you get voted out, even if some enjoy your antics.

Except Blizzie in the past when all HM's are up then it is always a vote to save. Then why not this time?

ah right.. It wasn't clear from your original post..fair do's
In all honesty I reckon the final will get only a small proportion of votes compared to the amount they got last night.. and a lot less viewers unless people tune in later to see the next lot go in. .tis all a bit of a damp squib..
