We saw the incident when she said "Crab Eyes" in the bedroom, that morning. She had been asked to do her JJ mimicry, and one of them included the phrase.
JJ didn't react in a negative way, at the time, but, at night time, he asked her not to do it again. The fact that she didn't remember saying it in the morning, does not mean she was lying. She had simply forgotten what had been an insignificant incident, which he had not reacted to.
When they talked last night, he admitted that it was Seahorse (Nathan) who had named him that, early on in the series, and that several of the housemates had called him it, without him objecting to it.

From what was said, last night, she hadn't remembered the specific incident in the bedroom, which he complained about originally, but she knew that she had called him that a few times. Her objection was as to why he was having a go at her about it, when others, like Steve and Nathan, used it far more often. He said that it was because he was closer to her and didn't want the new housemates to start calling him that.

I know she admitted to lying to JJ about BB checking the footage of them in the bedroom with Keeley, but, from their conversation last night, where he was laughing about how bad her memory was, and from her initial reaction, hours after the incident, it did seem like she hadn't remembered saying it in the bedroom.

Josie is very manipulative. Plays the country bumpkin card to a tee, not to mention little-thumb-sucking-girl-lost: scared by the robot and Corin's outburst. She masks her self centeredness with all that annoying hollow giggling and self labelling ("I'm just a country bumpkin used to feeding chickens and horses")
Underneath all that, Josie is as angry as JJ and as self centred as Keeva.
JJ and Keeva do not/ cannot hide their flaws, Josie is manipulative enough mask her weaknesses and come up smelling of roses .....and baby milk and gripe water too no doubt.

Agree. She certainly has JJ wrapped round her little finger. The nice Josie seems to have fallen by the wayside this last week or so. Having said that, she does make me laugh sometimes.
