Oh God I KNEW it was him!
After several hours, both Josie and JJ are reluctant to let it drop.
It is dragging on and on.
Josie has just mentioned something about being in magazines (which might go some way to explain why this is being dragged out for all it's worth.)
This is probably the dullest part of any Big Brother ever - and that includes people sleeping.

Josie explained that she had only told a white lie about calling him "crab eyes" to prove that he had been looking for a fight and that he had over-reacted.
So she admits she did lie to him and she did it on purpose to wind him up.I think her behaviour was nothing to do with name calling or arguments she just felt threatened by Keely's arrival.

RiverRock offline 449 Forum Posts Yesterday at 11:03 PM She is, since the start of Bb she got the measure of JJ and has used it to her amusement ever since. Winding him up, giving him ammunition and then sitting back and watching the shit hit the fan. I absolutely cannot stand her. It is so obvious that she is in love with JJ (the repeated comments about him and his new shielas, and him trying to look nice for Keely- who I have seen him spend very little time with.) She is playing a total game, trying to get the HM support- and she knows she will get it because JJ does have so many arguments. I genuinely believe JJ isn't joking about waking, usually he is quite cocky but I have seen a different side to him since falling out with Josie. Also, she lied about calling him names when she did and then took offence when he did tit back. She is an attention seeking little cow and her popularity has waned considerably- also Josie was the one who started the row as it were, she was the one screaming like a banshee.
I totally agree, apart from the bit about her being in love with him. I think she is just using him and her true, not so nice colours, are now beginning to show.Reference: Longcat

After watching last night's HL show, I would have to agree with you, Longcat. Her nose was seriously knocked out of joint by Keeley's arrival and that's why she rowed with JJ.
Orright, crab eyes?

Maybe he's contributing to hers? It always amazes me that men (especially 'pretty boys') can get away with awful behaviour, in a way no woman would ever be allowed to. And not only get away with it, but transfer the blame for it onto a woman.
Hang on, hang on. I have not said that he is totally innocent in this, but she called him the name, lied to him about it and is carrying it on. So.... imo she is in the wrong and should grow up.
Also, it has nothing to do with him being a pretty boy as I didn't agree with the way he spoke to Rachel or the way he treated her and have said so on a number of occasion.
On this occasion, I am on his side.

If Josie is a manipulative bitch, then that display from JJ when he broke down in sobs accusing Josie of making him behave like that shows me that the manipulative bitch is, in fact, JJ.
Well everyone is different and everyone views incidents differently.
I think she is the manipulative bitch and is winding him up *shrugs* - different strokes and all that.

Well, that's very gracious of you LL, but I wouldn't have even used the term 'manipulative bitch' in the first instance (yes I know you are not the OP). Afterall, we are all culpable for our own behaviour, and if JJ choses to react like a whiny baby when he is being teased then it's his cross to bear, not Josie's
I agree he can be a pain and very whiney, it's just on this occasion I don't think he is in the wrong but Josie is.
The pair do need to have their heads banged together though.
The pair do need to have their heads banged together though.
Every time he has gone off on one, he has rewritten what happened in order to put the responsibility with the person he has verbally attacked and will accept no responsibility for his own behaviour whatsoever. He even goes so far as to try and present himself as some kind of martyr figure - I am astonished and apalled at what he is getting away with!

Exactly
I hate this idea that she 'made' him do it. Abusive types have a habit of blaming those they abuse, by claiming they 'made' them do it.
I agree with that comment Deman, but on this occasion I would hardly call him being abusive. Yes he was to Rachel and was bang out of order, but I don't think he is being abusive here.
In his eyes it's always someone else's fault,always....I am waiting for him having a go at Keely ,which he more or less said would happen on Friday night, and no doubt that will be Josies fault because of this....Always the other persons fault his excuse, and always the excuse made by others for him.
He's trying to break Josie coz she's one of the only ones there that has dared to stand up to him....Corin can stay on the back burner for now....he wont win there, she's with her girlfriend at the moment so dangling his carrot to her just wont work.
I can see fault on both sides here, but imo is that she is not helping the situation by acting the way she is. She shouldn't have started it by calling him crab eyes and then lying to him about it - all to wind him up. She knows what he is like, but decided to press his button anyway and now she is making it all his fault. That is manipulating the situation.
TBH in all the history of BB was another HM ever called to the DR to speak to someone asking to leave?....I think it was very very unfair to lay that on Josie,it was emotional blackmail if she didn't speak to him he would leave....Bog off then and go.
They're both as immature as each other. Her's is displayed by sucking her thumb and trying to push his buttons to prove herself right that she's inadequate, him by constantyly repeating every slight ever made upon him to prove to himself that he's right.

I know what my husband is like, but if he turns round one day and smacks me...how is that my fault? Aren't they supposed to be 'bantering'? That's what I've heard some describe their relationship to be about.Reference:

I agree, in this case. But however minor the disagreement, he always uses the classic abuser's trick of blaming the other person for his behaviour.Add Reply
