"Feck em Josie" is what I say!!!   the instrusive paps that took the picture, the scummy paper that bought & published the pictures, & the {what I assume must be oh so perfect) public that love nothing more than to point & laugh at the pictures,  & then use them as an excuse to just hate, hate & hate some more!

I thought after leaving the BB house she was going on a diet?   she was making such a big deal about her weight while in the house and getting people to feel sorry for her and support her due to her weight issues she said she had.

 

It looks like shes perfectly fine with the weight she is, which is good for her,  but bad for all those people who fell for her "pity me" routine during last years BB.

She looks good none of the time.

With all due respect, it was Josie who made such a big deal about her weight while in the BB house, no one else cared apart from her and the fact that she brought it up at every given chance in order to get mugs to support her.

 

She only has herself to blame NO ONE ELSE....and I wouldn't be suprised if she knew all along and was party to the paps taking those pics of her, she is a media hound after all.

I think it's good that she can laugh about it - the girl is on holiday FGS - why are people so judgemental about how she looks? A holiday is the time to let your hair down isn't it? I've seen far, far worse sights in a bikini than that.

 

It's almost perverse IMO that grubby little men make a living out of sneaking around taking photographs of people when they aren't prepared - in the hope of embarrasing them - good ole Josie just says pmsl

I do hope there are no young impressionable girls who worry about their weight reading this thread.......but even if there aren't, I'm sure there are plenty that read the tabloids.

 

What a crappy world we live in. Women blamed for rape, women banned from driving in Saudi Arabia....... and what...God forbid them if they dare be overweight??!

 

Some people's attitudes towards others sure disgusts me more than seeing a bit of extra weight on a person wearing a bikini.

And the only response she had to those photos was pmsl. Whatever anyone thinks of Josie, it takes something  to just shrug it off with a "oh pmsl!"

Well done to her for that! Better to have that sort of attitude with any amount of extra weight, than be psychologically damaged by others response's, especially the papparazzzi!  

 

My take on some women who make a big deal about their weight in front of other people is that they feel SO uncomfortable being bigger than others, that they are always at pains to make sure THEY are the first to point it out......laughing and joking about it, talking about it out in the open, is easier to cope with than the comments others may make to your face.....or the imagined comments that they are saying behind your back.

 

What a choice to have to make!

 

I'm speaking from experience of having a sister who has suffered badly from eating disorders from the age of 16. She's stick thin, but will still comment on how fat she is in practically every conversation she has.

 

My sister was mildy overweight when she was in her early teens. Comments from others about her weight definitely contributed to the onset of her problems. 24 years later she's still not managed to overcome them. It's doubtful she will live to a ripe old age, eating disorders can shorten a persons life span considerably. But hey, she's spent the last 24 years looking great in a bikini......

I forgot how to do the zebra thing, i end up doing it by accident on occasions. 

 

I've spent months accidently doing it, but then deleting my post and trying again......these days I think sod it, lifes too short to be spending time refreshing the page.

Am I the only one thinking fair play to her?  She sure looks like she's enjoying whatever she's devouring and what's wrong with washing it down with a beer?

He he, only joking.  But maybe she should consider a muzzle as well, to spare people having to listen to the self absorbed me, me, me crap she constantly spouts.  She should also receive an electric shock every times she says "John James".  A pair of vision correcting glasses might also come in handy, since she when she was on BB she could never see past her own nose.

Do you lot read all those magazines she does interviews for, or follow her on Twitter?

 

Maybe there is another Josie Gibson around, but I really don't recognise these descriptions. 

PMSL I remember people on here defending the Charvers at least Josie pays for her own food and is not a drain on the social welfare system....

I used to follow Jodie on twitter but she annoyed me, banging on about self promotion things all the time. I binned her off Shame cos I loved her on BB

Couldn't agree more Ducky - I didn't like (and still don't like Josie as a person) but that shouldn't be a reason to be disparaging about her weight problems

No it doesn't! It just shows I don't like Josie.  True, I would be a misogynist if ALL women were like Josie, but thankfully, for me and the rest of the human race, they aren't!

 

I couldn't stand her self centred and sanctimonious attitude on BB and I couldn't stand how she constantly made her showmance the topic of every conversation she was ever involved in on the show.  As a rule, I don't like people who make themselves the centre piece topic of every conversation.  I couldn't stand the way she magnified every minor slight against her into a drama.  I couldn't stand how she went from housemate to housemate making sure they were onside against any housemate who annoyed her.  She could bore for England.

I'm serious - they made such an impression on me 

coincidentally i have actually seen josie in person today . . She was very friendly, down to earth, and i thought she looked really pretty. I'll post  pics when i am home

Well no-ones perfect, we're not in the public eye like her and she's laughed it off and you have to expect the intrusion but no-one is perfect. I think Josie has been feeling more positive about her life recently hence that reaction shrugging it off and probably knew it was coming.

 

Hell there's still the DS mob slagging her off a year on, think they would find something else to after all that time?
