His conversations always seem to smack of hypocrisy to me, he seems to pick up on things that relate to himself. I hate his mardy face and I hate the way he hesitates and stutters over what he is trying to say. It's like he is working out what to say on the reaction of the person he is talking to and adapting it to suit.He is probably one of the falsest people in there.

Good looking male housemates tend to have a greater margin for error than their female counterparts where bitching, for instance, is involved – or unpleasant behaviour in general, for that matter. Had BB9 Dale been ugly I’m quite certain he would have been universally hated.

I think he is hard hearted. He is aggressive in some of his attitudes. (Is that just a front? Don't  know.)
He seems to me to be insensitive towards others feelings, and fairly humourless.
Cold rather than warm and rather mean-spirited.
Generally unpleasant.
