I didn't know that was on or else I would have watched but I loved the clarity and individuality of his voice. Too many programmes clashing at the same time tonight for me.

They indicated that many of his songs were used for funerals and marriages.
Oh and conceptions! 
I enjoyed the programme, learnt a lot about the man. Think I will rewatch it on iPlayer as I tuned in after it had started.
