He is unrepentent scum. Whether it is on Twitter. the pitch, at training or on the street he has no impulse control whatsoever.

Yes he was sinned against today by a couple of our players but he was also the aggressor for the second game running with us and he knew exactly what he was doing.

There are fans (not just Croc and GJ) who would have him, even Arsenal fans. Personally I would boo him off the pitch if he ever turned out for us in an Arsenal shirt.

And I have never booed one of my own players

Good luck today against Stoke, I hope you smash them off the pitch. They are Bartonesque scum too.

I'm off to watch our Ladies later - hopefully they will wash the taste of yesterdays non performance out of my mouth.

We do have really dodgy haircuts. I don't know why Le Boss has his hair cut so short as it looks better when it's longer. Gervinho could be identical forehead twins with Lescott, Djourou looks like someone has shaved the back of a poodle, gingered it up and stuck it on his head.

And as for Song............

enjoy the game matey xxx

going to watch the game on tv.....got tickets for wba and norwich though so looking forward to that....

we always seem to struggle against stoke away....i'll be happy with a point tbh....and of course unless torres gets 5 goals and clears 4 off the line the press will be all over him again!!.....looking forward to seeing if we've progressed much under andre village people......in the pre season game against pompey we were short on ideas and played about 80 passes before we got over the halfway line!!

we desperately need some creativity.i'm really surprised we haven't cleared some dead wood out.with the exception of zhirkov no one of note has gone........don't think barton is on the radar though!

Fascinating! I was having a chat with grandson number one after his football practice yesterday morning. We were discussing intimidation, spoiling, and Arsenal. I don't think anyone on here would dispute the fact that Arsenal consistently are the most entertaining other team. But alas! They are as soft as sheight. Until Wenger puts a bit of backbone in his team they will continuously be bundled out. Barton does his job well, spoiling, intimidating, and breaking up moves. But Roy Keanne, although he dealt sternly with Coventry players standing on one leg, wouldn't have said Boo! To Alan Shearer. Likewise Barton will pick and choose who he offends. He won't try that on with teams like Stoke......... Or will he?
Garage Joe

You're spot on with that Joe, we are too soft and Barton, being both a bully and a coward as these sorts usually are, knows it.

He's scared of Nasri though, we've seen that. He knows Nasri has a nasty streak a mile wide. Shame he wasn't playing yesterday. He could do summat useful before he leaves us and give Barton hell.

Disclaimer: you being right about Arsenal does not mean I am wrong about Barton being scum!

I was at the Newcastle Arsenal match last night and there was near enough nothing said about Song's stamp on him. So Joey has a point when he says that if he'd been the one who stamped on Alex Song, he'd have been hung drawn and quartered for it.

No doubt he's been a dick in the past, but I think the lad is getting far too much stick thrown at him recently. Although playing for a circus instead of a football club doesn't help matters.
