She had a mark on her arm from a patch when she went in....I thought she'd just given up smoking.

she does seem a bit young but i don't know if hrt is given for things other than the menopause
Early menopause is not uncommon.I was peri menopausal at 44.A few years after that I started HRT.I took it for six years.I stopped a couple of years ago.I'm 54 now and the hot flushes are a bugger, but otherwise it's been ok.The average age is 50.
I went through menopause at 37 but I didn't bother with HRT.
I did not realise she wore patches whatever the reason being in that house could not have helped.
She did moan a lot towards the end

Katty, have you tried serenity cream , I was having a terrible, terrible time after having my ovaries removed last year, it's been nothing short of a bloody miracle

She mentioned it when she was going to the DR for meds: something about heavy bleeding

Soozy/ Issy click where I wrote serenity cream above and it takes you to the website where it explains the stuff re oestrogen dominance etc. I was having a total nightmare and after months of suffering, including hot flushes every 5 or 10 mins, anxiety attacks, loss of energy and enthusiasm, sleeplessness, hideous night sweats etc. etc. after just two days of using it I felt like I had me/my life back. Still get the odd hot flush and night sweat, but absolutely nowhere near as bad. It's only ÂĢ17.99 plus ÂĢ2 p+p and lasts 2/3 months depending on how much you need to use, gotta be worth a try? I read some of the 'miracle' stories and thought that they must be over-exaggerated, but like I said, it worked like a bloody miracle for me
Sooops, does it follow that it would be good for any hormonal imbalances? I have a friend who suffers with chronic PMT and she really is stuck in a rut. I hate seeing her monthly battle to overcome it, she is such a lovely person and has tried so many things including some surgical investigations.

Yes Suze. also recommended for PMS and post natal depression. The theory is that those conditions are about oestrogen dominance, (exacerbated by the amount of oestrogen now in our food and water supply,) and if you get your progesterone level right then, for most people, that will get the balance of the two hormones right....Wish I'd discovered it years ago, and like I said, for ÂĢ17.99 it's gotta be worth a try?Add Reply
