I like the way this thread has been started as 'Big bad JJ throws Sunshine in pool and she cuts her arm'  When it was Sunshine that started a waterfight to begin with so she maybe have known that things would get a bit messy...and I'm sure he didn't intentionally cut her arm...

I agree it was playful and got out of hand just felt sorry for him when she reported him and had to take Mario to the diaryroom with her, plus she should not be galavanting around in a short nightie with no knickers on when playfighting

i agree, but c4 has a duty of care to hm's and if horseplay ends with some one being injured, then they are duty bound to attempt to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Having watched it last night, I thought JJ threw a pillow at her first, and she did have knickers on, but was afraid that they didn't quite cover everything, as she was being dragged along the carpet.

Regardless of who started it, once again we see JJ letting his temper get the better of him.  This time someone was physically harmed.

Yup  Just went for a walk with my boys to get some Match Attax cards from the local shop and saw Rachael looking amazing on the cover of Nuts magazine. Ha ha up yours JJ! 

For all Shabby's faults I don't think she would throw someone in the pool because she'd lost her temper.  In fact I don't see anyone other than JJ doing that.  There we go, JJ is officially the most immature housemate in there.

Just watching last night's HL show and his row with Ben in the a.m.  Talk about a dog with a bone.  He is incredibly immature and just makes himself look a right plonker.  Just shup up JJ and give your mouth and our ears a rest.

Sometimes I like JJ, sometimes I don't. Sometimes I think SS is OK and sometimes I want her to get a grip and shut up. On balance they're as bad as each other in many ways.
JJ was a mutt to drag a girl along a carpet and throw her into something that is not a swimming pool with hard edges and seating in it.
SS was equally a mutt to start something dressed as she was and to keep at it

I haven't seen it Kaytee.. but I feel the same about JJ and Sunshine.  From what I've read on here it sounds like he took a joke too far, and is probably guilty of gross immaturity and I agree he's very immature.   I don't think he's necessarily the wicked person who's a hair's breadth away from being a violent woman beater as he's being portrayed in places.  That's my feeling at the moment anyway... always subject to change.


Maybe I get the 'horseplay gone wrong' thing quite easily ... growing up with three brothers, one of whom suffered a broken arm courtesy of my sister during a play fight!

He definitely has issues.  He did say he was bullied when he was at school.  Is this a case of the person who was bullied now becoming the bully?  He does pick on who he sees as the "weakest", which is why he doesn't  pick on Corin, Kiva, Shabby etc, cos they would probably deck him and get him told.
