1.07pm: Jim and Lionel are having a wander in the garden. Predictably, there has been some dancing.

1.29pm: Lee and Ollie are comparing beauty regimes. Apparently Lee uses face caviar. Oooo get him

2.03pm: Lunch is well underway - except for Jasmine, who's still finishing off her makeup, and Sam, who's in the Diary Room.

Day 9: Task - Sam's constructed scenes

This morning, Sam asked the other housemates when it'd be her time to perform a task. Well, be careful what you wish for, because today's task is a Sam-only affair - and it'll put her experience in scripted reality TV to the test.

Without giving the game away to her housemates, Sam will have to create some "The Only Way Is Essex"-style constructed reality scenes. First, she'll have to give Liz some fashion advice. Then, she's going to have to lose her temper - to the extent that she'll have to burst into tears. And finally, most juicily of all, she'll have to declare her love for another housemate..

Who do you think she'll pick?

Day 9: Task - Sam acts up

Sam's task promised plenty of awkward moments, and it didn't disappoint.

Things started innocuously enough when she suggested to Liz that she give her an Essex makeover as part of her Constructed Scenes task. Liz was pretty much okay with the idea, so Sam breezed through that part.

Next up was act two, in which Sam was expected to start a ruckus by implying she'd learned she'd been spoken about. Letting Luisa and Jasmine know that she'd heard about their probably fictional back-stabbing. This caused something of a storm, with Casey ultimately lined up as the probably source of any skulduggery.

There was also a tender but entirely made up moment where Sam declared her love for Ollie in the tree house. When she told Ollie she fancied him, he asked "Did Big Brother tell you to tell me this?" - clearly wise to the shenanigans.

Thankfully the truth outed eventually. With all those lies permeating the House, if they'd been allowed to settle, it might've caused one heck of a hullabaloo...
