Day 7: Task slime

The pair in the Bolt Hole were given the opportunity to shake up the House with Big Brother's latest task.

Housemates were told the Celebrity Big Brother audience had been voting on a series of subjects relating to their good selves.

Unbeknownst to them, the Slime Watch task placed Lee and Casey in the role of 'the viewers', letting them place two names in each frame in response to a series of questions from Big Brother.

The ten topics asked which housemates they considered to the most aware of the cameras, flirty, talentless (ouch), boring, rude, genuine, two-faced, sly, sexy and, that old CBB chestnut, fake.

Housemates were then given the names of each duo the twosome had chosen and were told to select the member of their party they believed the 'public' had polled as number one.

And not only did these housemate gain a new neuroses, they also scored a gunging!

Lee and Casey weren't content with going for the obvious answers and decided to mix things up a bit, succeeding in getting a few backs up.

Housemates proved themselves to be pretty sharp and scored eight out of 10 right but not before the majority of them were drenched in gunk.

As a reward the 10 in the House and the couple in the Bolt hole received a seasonal prize of ice cream sundaes. Delightful.

Day 7: The bathroom blues

In seven days Lee Ryan has earned himself something of a reputation as a House Lothario but having spent his formative years hanging round in showbiz circles, you'd think the lad would know a thing or two about where to take a lady.

Not so, it would seem. The boy from Blue has been entertaining ladies in the loo. If you thought his taps on smoochfest with Jasmine in the UFO's smallest room was a one off, then think again.

Tonight we observed another potential wooing in the WC as Lee and Casey shut themselves away and turned on the taps.

But despite the couple being cooped up in isolation, there's still three people in this relationship.

Leaving his lady in the lav, Lee was about to bed down for the night when he spied Jasmine on his small screen and suddenly Casey was a distant memory.

You might find this hard to believe, but Jasmine wasn't talking about how much she missed Lee or anything even vaguely Lee related so our resident Romeo lost interest and went back to the bathroom.

He and Casey emerged together, had a conversation about facewipes then returned once more to the room that we believe could reignite their romance. And turned on the taps.

Will this game of rest room roulette continue all night and could it be enough to bring our lovebirds back together? We'll flush this one out and let you know.

Day 7 round-up: Life without Lee and Casey

After Day 6’s explosive ending, Day 7 was always going to be interesting. The housemates adjusted to life without Lee and Casey, who they believed had been evicted the night before. Except they hadn’t. In reality, Lee and Casey were spying on the other housemates from the Bolt Hole.

After Lee and Casey had left, the serious business of nominations for the real eviction began. This left Liz, Jasmine, Evander, Jim and Luisa facing the public vote, with only Jasmine looking particularly surprised to have been nominated. Naturally, the housemates were tempted to talk about who they’d voted for, but discussing the nominations had been strictly forbidden. Sadly, however, Dappy’s not one to play by the rules. He talked about voting for Luisa and was punished accordingly. Big Brother insisted that Dappy was made to wear a nappy because breaking the rules is babyish, and certainly not because nappy rhymes with Dappy. Who are we to argue?

Having proved that even a baby can do push-ups, Dappy put his own clothes back on and joined the others for the task, Slime Watch. The housemates were invited to answer a series of questions from a viewers’ poll. The viewers in question, of course, were Lee and Casey, and a wrong answer meant slime, slime and a bit more slime. Yuck.

It wasn’t all fun and games though, with Ollie and Dappy in particular suffering mild sense of humour failures. “It’s funny, it’s just a joke!” giggled Lee, as he and Casey congratulated themselves on a job well done.

When the task was over, Ollie cleaned himself up and chatted to Luisa about his feelings for Sam. “She’s amazing!” he said, “but she won’t have me.” Could this be the next big romance in the Celebrity Big Brother House? Lee and Casey had just declared Ollie to be one of the two most flirtatious housemates, so you never know. And let’s be honest - Lee and Casey know a flirtatious housemate when they see one. That said, they’ve also beenbehaving really quite oddly, so we’re not sure they should be left in charge of anything.

Tonight on Celebrity Big Brother's Bit on the Side - Friday 10th January

It's Friday, hurrah! And the first (real) eviction of the series, double hurrah!

Who will be gracing our opulent set this evening? Will it be the final curtain for one of the girls – Liz, Luisa or Jasmine? Or will it be time to roll the best bits for Evander or Jim? You'll have to tune in to find out.

But what we can guarantee is a rather dazzling panel for you this evening. Joining us, we have two ex-housemates plucked from the CBB hall of fame, Danica Thrall and Kirk Norcross, who will be joined by broadcasting beaut and friend of the show, Vanessa Felt.

It's going to be a right humdinger, so make sure you're back from the pub in good time to catch all the action.

Tonight, 11pm on Channel 5.
