Yes, Iâm guessing they are tinkering , but itâs affecting us all at different times
Never checked out pre-cooked grains in the shops: steeping is one of the big "stoppers" for me using things like bulgar wheat, etc, so I'd definitely be interested.
I can just about make 7 different meals a week if only 4 of them are the cooked variety

Especially if you always use the same type , you learn exactly what is right for you
