I've made banana loaf.

I've made banana loaf.

Baked bananas. You can even partially-peel them back and serve in the skin.

Never got round to trying it myself, but I've been told that melted Mars Bars make an excellent sauce for pouring over them...

Uncooked bananas give me stomach ache but baked should be fine and that sauce idea sounds delicious.

I love it ...and it’s one of the cakes /biscuits that my tummy likes 

I must admit, curry pastes are one of my big cooking "cheats".
