I don't. The kitchen is freestyle. I actually did a postgrad in cooking along with tourism at Strathclyde in the late 80's.

I’ve not tried lentils since my tummy problems , but once my volunteering has ended I might try to see if I can stomach more veggies ....pardon the pun
