I used to love turkey....but mainly cos I loved  it cold on Boxing Day , with pickle onions ....as I can’t have the onions any more .....

I probe all meat and then get Hubby to double check it.

My son used to cook a mean Xmas dinner....and still has to cook meat for the kids ....but he is now veggie ...and DIL is vegan ..

I’ve never eaten nut roast but I imagine you get some tasty ones.

yes - some are not so good oh had  a quorn roast as well one year but tbh I am happy with everything except meat
