Putting the rape allegation aside for a moment, he is still a violent thug who hasn't been punished sufficiently for his last couple of attacks. He received a paltry prison sentence for both these attacks - he hasn't learnt his lesson by the looks of things. Lock him up for a while and see if he can manage to show some maturity and sense when he comes out.
