I'm sticking with my trusty Hoover
So, there's a Dyson going spare?
Aww. What is it about the Dyson that's got you all worked up?

I couldn't get rid of my Dyson quick enough TBH - it was heavy, cumbersome and no better than any other Hoover - a lot of hype and expensive advertising doesn't necessarily make a good product!
I'm getting a henry as well - OH and i decided on it last week we are sick of sub standard hoovers that keep breaking especially upright tones - i hate Dysons

And let's face it... Henry's are quite cute

Never had any trouble with my Hoover upright, and had it for at least ten years (mam died then) and we had it before that
Sweet! I've been considering exactly the same thing. I hate the Dyson with a passion now. I'm not sure if Henry is the right way to go though
Oh, I don't envy you that one ... good luck with it, hope it all goes smoothly
I don't even know what make my vacuum cleaner is
I agree the Dyson is quite heavy, but I never ever had problems with mine until MR Fluffy Thing got his hands on it. Came back from visiting my sister one year and found he'd killed it.
I.m currently using a lightweight Tesco model I picked up for ÂĢ50.
The dust bin is not as big....but I'll survive.
I was working with a disabled woman
We were sitting with a female member of staff who asked wot we wud do if the new carpet got dirty
I sed we wud get "George" to clean it (the NuVac)
The disabled woman sed, "Why is my brother gonna clean your carpets?"
LOL
Hi sweet.. I was actually talking about his snorting habit... Our office cleaners use one (well, they've actually got a Hetty) so I reckon they must be good
Dysons are shit, plastic shit. Henry is the business, or even better his sister Hetty, same thing, just pink and pretty eyelashes.
We sell a lot of Numatic products and a few years ago we got invited down to the factory in Chard. As you can imagine I was erm........ thrilled But it turned out to be a very interesting day. They even have a little vacuum museum on site. I even saw Henry being born, which was really cool. They manufacture the majority of the components on site and they have numerous production lines of several people who together produce a Henry every 3 minutes from start to finish, it was amazing to watch.
When we left we looked like we'd been on a Numatic version of crackerjack, we had arms full of Henry memorabilia. There's a whole family of them. Henry, Hetty, Charles, George, Harry and James.

It's like Thomas the Tank of hoovers. Now you've just made the decision even harder - I need to investigate the others!
Do I sound a bit Henry obsessive?

There you are kaffy, that will tell you all about the different family members.
*adjusts Henry tie*
ooohh!!! Ta cinds! Decisions, decisions.....
*cancels plans for the day*
I've wrecked 3 Dysons in the past; bloomin' useless piece of kit.
Bought a Vorwerk and it's been going strong for the past 10 years
I've seen a Wertheim on a shopping channel that looks the bees knees but like I said my Hoover is doing just fine Only trouble is.... I can't see how to get the roller out to replace the belt
James Dyson's getting rubbished
It'll be Ron Dennis next

Only them that don't know their cars and F1 cars would do that!
Ron Dennis has a long way to go before he's a Dyson..!
I like them cordless
Ron Dennis has a long way to go before he's a Dyson..!
LMAO!
Ron Dennis has a long way to go before he's a Dyson..!
He'd still lap Monza faster in a cleaning challenge.

Wacky Vaccy Races!
I luv my Henry .......... 2 years now and still as good as new which is a record for me ..... I am the worlds worst hoover wrecker you will ever meet
I went for the numatic ........ bigger dust collector .... longer cord and longer hose .... it is fabulous and gets scrutinised every time it is taken outside for car cleaning ... it has to be wiped down and in show room condition when brought back to me
I also hate Dyson after suffering 3 over the years plus numerous other makes

Awww, but you know, I just couldn't get hung up over a vacuum cleaner. As long as it does it's job it's fine by me
I've got more on me plate to see to
