I feel a bit guilty about it now though. I should have had a banana or something healthy instead.

If I have a crisp butty (that's sandwiches mods....slang) it must be with tuna mayo - ready salted or cheese and onion.

That's not a crisp butty. That's a tuna mayo butty with crisps. I'm a butty purist.
Oh no...I couldn't have just buttered bread and crisps....that's not normal!
I remember girls doing it when I was in Secondary school in the 80's and I thought it was wrong then.
Wishing you better Pinkbabe

Never tried them myself but Mr PB loves a walkers cheese and onion crisp sandwich with red sauce on it
Now bags of crisps are different, they are my absolute weakness!
Ooh you should try one. They are scrumptious. Especially when they're made with ready salted. Not convinced about the red sauce bit though.
I'll text MrPB and get him to bring me some crisps in... still not allowed out... tomorrow hopefully, I'll pass on the red sauce as well dont like that and let you know.
How are you? The bab ok?
We're fine thanks. Why aren't you allowed out? Have I missed something. Hope you're ok?
Dreaded swine flu hun, been bad 10 days now, managed the garden yesterday, but Mr PB at home tomorrow and taking me for a drive round as starting to go stir crazy sitting here!
Oh no! I knew a few on here had it, Bages, Cologne, Karma... I didn't realise you had it too. You poor thing, I bet it's been awful. Hopefully you'll start feeling better soon. A drive round will probably help, even if it's just the psychological effect of getting out. Hubby doesn't want me going out anywhere with crowds now because of swine flu, so I think I'm more or less confined to barracks for what could be months.
Yeah I know, sent my good wishes to them as well, I think it will help as you say, even siting in the car as I am starting to be sick of the four walls and even if I move into the conservatory, I'm just looking at the same thing.
Your hubby has the right idea, as you are so close to having the bab, best place for you is to be at home, don't know what your area is like for the swine flu, but we are a real "hot spot" here in the Midlands, lots of people have got it. With underlying health problems as well (as I have) it has been a real worry, but thankfully the worst is now over and I am starting to feel much better. Would send you a hug, but won't in case it's still swine fluey...!
Getting there Queenshaks, thanks.quote:Originally posted by queenshaks:

It's Scotlish for sandwich/butty. A piece 'n crisps, a piece 'n jam, piece 'n chips etc..
I'm from the Black Country and my nan used to say do you want a piece..... she was from the Black Country as well so maybe its a word we both say...... brought back some memories that did......
