I don't think I've got the job, they made me meet another guy who was the first blokes step son who will evntually take over the company. He questioned my CV a bit and then my way of doing my job in the past (Sales) is different to the way they operate, I got the feeling the bloke thought I was too how can I put it, too detailed and thorough in my approach. They will ring me on Monday but after meeting him I would be very suprised if he offers me the job. Never mind I have another interview tomorrow morning for another place that wants to see me as well.

You might be surprised how people perceive you. It's clear that you have a strong and positive attitude towards work, they'll have been able to see that. Either way, good luck for the next interview.

So are they vague and slapdash, maybe you don't don't need to work there. I hope you get the job with the people you feel comfortable with, and can appreciate your experience.
