I agree Yogi, visually it has crossed the line and just looks unappetising - to me anyway.
Supes, I too think turkey skin should have the natural golden tones and crisp texture that results from roasting.

 it looks pretty naff too imho. And how many are coming for dinner, it looks more the size of a chicken than a turkey!
